As part of the station area planning work, the study is defining “TOD Zones” where TOD redevelopment will be permitted to occur. This will guide the City’s rezoning process around stations to ensure redevelopment is not encouraged in current residential neighborhoods. This does not immediately designate properties within the TOD zone as any specific zoning or land use.
